This one-hour walk-through includes photographing the property and creating a detailed written report with tailored recommendations to prepare your home for photos and listing. You’ll receive the report within two business days, giving you clear, step-by-step guidance to make your property shine.

We’ll work with your existing furniture and décor to stage your home, highlighting its best features and creating a welcoming look for photos and your listing.

We’ll stage your home using your own furniture as the foundation, while thoughtfully adding accessories and small pieces to enhance each space. These items will be provided for 30 days to help your home look its best for photos and showings, with the option to extend the rental if needed. Final price dependent upon quantities of accessories/furniture we provide.

$150 consultation fee, to go towards final price of staging package selected.

We’ll provide all furniture and accessories to enhance the best features of your home to make it ready for listing. The contract is for 30 days, with the option to extend the contract in 30-day increments to maintain a polished, photo-ready look.
